Coming Soon – Route 66 to the Milky Way

We explored the “Main Street of America”, submersing ourselves in the architecture and culture of the ‘30’s, ‘40’s and ‘50’s, enjoying neon signs, art deco buildings and the vibe of a bygone era.

JOHN STEINBECK dubbed old Highway 66 as the ‘mother road’ because along with the Santa Fe Railroad this “mother” helped expand and develop the southwest.

From Grant’s Park in Chicago to Santa Monica pier in California Route 66 is historical, romantic and magical.

LILY: Speaking of Steinbeck, if Charley had written Travels with Charley itwould have won a Pulitzer, not TheGrapes of Wrath. Humans may wax poetic but a dog’s got insight, closer to the bone. And you know how we love bones! So, for the real scoop, follow my commentary. Here I am at 7months, about to start on “the iconic road”.

Lily: Coming Soon! An out of this world trip!

Want to escape to a simpler time? Take a truly unique journey? <i”>Route 66 to the Milky Wayis a novel to do just that. Hop into an Oldsmobile Rocket 88 with two aliens and an FBI agent and travel Route 66, circa 1949. They’re each chasing something; excitement, home, love or the dimensional conduit and not necessarily in that order.
